There’s a huge new latin collaboration on the way and the world must be ready for it! Puerton Rican/Spanish singer-songwriter Ricky Martin teams up with Colombian star Maluma on a brand new single.
The song is called “Vente pa’ca” (English: Come Here) and it’s confirmed as another taste of Martin’s upcoming eleventh studio album and follow-up to 2015’s “A quien quiera escuchar“.
It’s described as a party track set over a sultry reggaetón beat. It was written by Anne Judith Stokke Wik, Ronny Svendsen, Nermin Harambasic, Justin Stein, Carl Ryden and Chaif1. An English version is also in the works and expected to be released in the coming weeks.
This new and promising collaboration is expected to be released on digital retailers and streaming services on September 23rd along its official music video directed by Jessy Terrero and Santiago Salviche through Vevo.
A special new version of the song for the oriental market including the guest collaboration of Wendy, member of South Korean girl group Red Velvet and another version for the Australian market along Delta Goodrem were released on December 27th.
Another new version of the song, this time with Taiwanese singer-songwriter A-Lin was released on digital retailers and streaming servies during Valentine’s Day. Another version with Indian singer-songwriter Akasa Singh was launched on February 17th.
