American female rapper Nicki Minaj doesn’t rest a minute lately and after collaborating on Major Lazer’s current single “Run Up”, Gucci Mane’s “Make Love” and Jason Derulo’s “Swalla”, she’s coming to slay all your faves.
The 34-year-old Pinkprint artist released three new simultaneous singles on Friday, March 10th as the first taste of her long-awaited fourth studio album, which is expected to be launched sometime this year via Young Money, Cash Money and Republic Records.
The songs are called “No Frauds“, which includes the guest collaboration of American rapper Lil Wayne and Canadian hitmaker Drake, “Regret In Your Tears” and another Lil Wayne-assisted track “Changed It“.
“No Frauds” was written by the three involved along Brittany Hazzard, with a production signed by Kevin Gomringer, Shane Lindstrom and Tim Gomringer.
“Regret In Your Tears” was written by Brittany Hazzard and Nicki herself with a production by Allen Ritter, Matthew Samuels and Frank Dukes.
“Changed It” was written by Nicki and Lil Wayne along Noel Fisher, who also produced it with some extra collaboration of Sidney Swift.
A lyric video to promote “Regret In Your Tears” was launched through Vevo on March 24th, with a direction signed by Grizz Lee. A music video for “No Frauds“, which was directed by Benny Boom, was premiered on April 19th.
