American recording singer, songwriter, and actress Selena Gomez has started the promotion of her upcoming third solo album, which is expected to be released sometime this year via Interscope Records.
The first official single of this new project is the song “Bad Liar“, which was launched on digital retailers and streaming services on Thursday, May 18th.
It was written by Selena herself along Julia Michaels, Ian Kirkpatrick, David Byrne, Tina Weymouth, Justin Drew Tranter and Christopher Frantz.
A promotional music video was also premiered the same day of the single’s release exclusively on Spotify becoming the first ever music video debuted in that streaming services.

A proper music video, which was directed by Jesse Peretz, is expected to be premiered on Wednesday, June 14th.
