Zico has dropped his eerie music video for “Anti” featuring G.Soul.
Along with “Artist“, “Anti” is a title track for Zico’s latest solo album ‘Television‘. As the title suggests, the rapper speaks from the perspective of an “anti-fan” who doesn’t understand why he’s famous or considered talented.

Park Bo Ram has returned with “Why, You?” featuring Samuel Seo!
“Why, You?” is the title track of her new mini album ‘Orange Moon‘, her first mini album in a year and 3 months. The song features a piano instrumental and has a completely different vibe than her previous tracks.

Jessi has dropped her music video for “Gucci“.
“Gucci” is the title track of the rapper’s latest mini album titled ‘Un2verse‘, which features collaborations with artists like Changmo and Year of the OX. In the MV, Jessi sports her new platinum locks and sings, “I feel like ‘Gucci’, baby.” The song is about being carefree and feeling above the rest.

Stella Jang has released her music video for “You as You Are“.
“You as You Are” (Hidden Track No.V June Selection) is an uplifting track meant to comfort those going through a hard time. The MV features Stella Jang in the middle of a desert as she calmly plays a piano, and her bright hair stands out against the dull backdrop.

Following the announcement of their official debut and kicking off Part 2 of their world tour, co-ed group KARD allowed fans to listen to a short preview of their upcoming 1st mini album ‘Hola Hola.’
Featuring six groovy tracks including previous hits “Oh NaNa,” “Don’t Recall” and“Rumor”, the album is set to take on a tropical theme, which is perfect for the summer season. The new tracks are sounding good as well so take a listen in the preview above!

Black Pink is expanding into Japan’s area. Following the success of their track“BOOMBAYAH” in their homeland, Black Pink released the Japanese MV version of the hit song.
Dressed in punk-style clothes, the girls danced to the catchy tune in the music video featuring vibrant visuals. There are some similar elements to the Korean MV and also some different things as well.

Today marks the release of Utada Hikaru’s brand new single “Oozora de Dakishimete”. The song is currently serving as the promotional song for Suntory Tennensui, a brand of clear mineral water. In March 2017, Utada Hikaru signed with EPIC Records Japan, a subsidiary of the Sony Music label. Oozora de Dakishimete is her very first single from EPIC Records Japan.
Oozora de Dakishimete has already hit #1 in 7 countries/regions (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and Japan). In celebration of the new single and positive global response, a special webpage extension has been created on Utada’s official website.
The website’s design was created to visualize the lyrics of Oozora de Dakishimete. The page design fluctuates according to what lyric has been tweeted the most on Twitter! Utada’s next digital single titled Forevermore will be released on July 20th, 2017. The simple but sleek black and white cover has been said to give fans from 90s vibes from it.
Forevermore is currently being used to promote the TBS drama Gomen, Aishiteru. The song features drumming by the world famous musician Chris Dave who has worked with Adele and Justin Beiber.

After 3 years Koda Kumi is finally releasing a brand new summer single!
Titled “LIT”, the song is apparently going to have a 60s vibe to it, which might have something to do with this being Koda’s 60th physical single overall. LIT is a limited edition single and will not be sold at the standard music stores such as HMV, TOWER RECORDS, and Amazon.jp. Fans will only be able to purchase LIT at live venues for Koda’s current tour “LIVE TOUR 2017 ~W FACE~”, and via avex trax’s official online shop mu-mo. Koda’s last physical single release was 2014’s HOTEL.
Only one version of LIT will be available for purchase, a CD+DVD in a deluxe packaging. The single jacket will be in the size of 12 inch vinyl sleeve. Besides the title track the CD will contain the instrumental for LIT, while the DVD contains a LIT “making film”. This single serves as the first part of a series of limited edition single releases. Koda will release another limited edition single in October, and one more in December.
LIT will air for the very first time on Thursday July 13th on the radio show NACK 5 “monaka” and will be released on August 2nd, 2017. The cover of LIT can be seen below the jump!
Singer and dancer Daichi Miura has released the music video for his latest single “U”.
U is Daichi’s 22nd single overall, and is an upbeat fun pop track. In usual Daichi fashion the video features some impressive choreography. U serves as the theme for the NTV drama “Nou ni Sumaho ga Umerareta”, as well as the movie version of “Kamen Rider EX-AID”. The single will be released in three versions. Besides the standard CD only and CD+DVD, a second CD+DVD will be released featuring a choreography video and making-of for “Complex”, one of the singles b-sides.
